Hiya gang! The holidays are upon us and that means one thing… food! Ok, maybe two things: food and a limited support schedule.

During the month of December and January, I’ll be traveling, spending time with family, and generally celebrating this awesome time of the year.

 You’re free to open new support threads but please be aware of the following support blackout dates (meaning, don’t expect any support responses):

• December 19th
• December 25th – December 26th
• December 30th – January 2nd
• January 5th
• January 8th – January 9th

All other days during the months of December and January, I plan to maintain daily support responses but please be aware that there may be occasions where responses are slightly longer.

Why have I opted to use an external support site? That’s a great question! I’m so glad you asked. Let me bust open my ordered list for this one:

1. Themeforest item comments are not searchable. It’s a real pain to read several pages of comments in the hopes that you’ll find an answer to your questions, right? That’s all changed now with this high speed search form.
2. These forums allow other users to respond to your questions. The community helping the community equals awesome sauce!

My goal is that this support site will give purchasers answers to their questions much faster and it will vastly improve your buying experience.

What to expect from this news and announcements blog

Things I’ll be using this news and announcements blog for is to keep my purchasers aware of any schedules changes I might have.

For example, there may be times that I won’t be able to answer support inquires like I would on my normal schedules (such as vacation time, sick days, or other unexpected events). My intention is to post here to let you know when I’ll be back in the saddle again.

I’ll also be sure to post when I have a new theme release or other pertinent info that you guys might want to know.
